Peachtree Farms offers horse riding camps and lessons during the summer. Our camps are designed to improve all aspects of horsemanship for riders of all ages – sportsman like conduct and a spirit of cooperation, patience, and kindness. Riders are encouraged to become a partner with their mount. Some camps are specialized while others cater to every child’s dream of owning a horse. Day camps are scheduled Monday through Friday each week of the summer.
Polly Peach Grammer has been teaching day camps and clinics for more than 50 years. Her first camps were held on the infield of the race track at Maryland Farms. With a teaching degree from Peabody College, and as a mother of four and grandmother of eight, Polly has had plenty of experience with children. Polly has been certified by the DGWS (Division Girls Women Sports), the HSA (Horsemanship Safety Association) and the CHA (Certified Horsemanship Association). In addition, her experienced staff is hand-picked to ensure that your child has fun and individual attention while keeping them safe on and around the horses.
